Its location is very convenient as it is very near Exit 1 of the Susukino Station. It took me less than 2 minutes to reach the Capsule Inn Sapporo after leaving Exit 1 of the Susukino Station. Its capsule bed was very clean and was well-arranged inside (e.g., small TV set, radio, light, and sliding curtain in front of it). Its hot spa on 7/F was nice and could serve many people at one time. The water temperature was suitable. The shower facilities and the dry steam room were good. The floor environment was quiet to give me a calm and relaxing time and atmosphere for sleeping. There was an area for dining for guests at the ground floor and the drinking water machine to serve at the ground floor was great. The WiFi service connection was fast and stable enough to allow Internet surfing and email exchanges for a long time (i.e., more than 3 hours). It is safe for placing luggage and personal belongings inside the locker room.

It is only suitable for a few-day short-term stay because the space for storing luggage was limited. The locker was tall in shape and thin in size and was not able to accommodate my luggage with wheels. When many guests are present in the locker room at the same time, crowding may likely occur.
